As often is suggested , clean the grounding bolt and wiring bundle just to the left of the battery looking down toward the radiator there are ground wires there. remove bolt and clean with wire brush. Disconnect battery terminals first, likely just the negative side. If you can have someone hold the key in start position and tap starter with hammer HANDLE or broom handle that might help with diagnosis if cleaning ground wires don't fix it.
