I'd try a known good ECU and see if that cures it. AMM problems can cause a pig rich air/fuel ratio as well. I can't recall from looking back, but did you check the fuel pressure regulator to see if it holds vacuum? If not, it's ruptured, and dumping fuel into the intake manifold.
