You haven't said what year or end of car you're working on? I'll assume it's an '89 rear caliper. On your new caliper you may need to remove the 14 mm Cap Screw, and gain access to the 4 mm Allen screw inside. You will need to loosen the allen screw back out, which moves the brake piston back out. Then you should have enough room to install the pads. You do have a Bentley - right? See 517-8, figures 18 & 19 for more info. Tools needed: You need a 14mm wrench (a 9/16" will do fine, also) to take the cap off down by where the E-brake cable hooks up. You need a 4 mm to adjust the setting inside that hole. Hope this helps.
I don't know what "semi-loaded" means, but it is referring to what parts came with the caliper, I think. Vern
