Hello,
Here are several places I have seen leaks that you can check out.
1. Yes the door drains as noted above.
2. Check the 2 little drains in the rocker they are about an inch behind the door.
3. The evaporator drain can clog and let lots of water in the the passenger side. The drain is actually exits in the fender well above the steering rack.
4. Check the grommets for the shift rod going through the firewall and the steering column.
5. Were the 2 little 10mm headed bolts that hold the knee bolster in. If you look down inbetween the inner and outer fender liner near the door jam switches are. They should have a larger washer on them. I usually put a litte silicone on them to seal them. Good Luck, Bernie at George Riggin Specialty Automotive
