I met a guy at the car this morning that is interested in it. It starts right up with the clutch in and when you let the clutch out, even though its in 3rd gear it starts to move. The front cross beam under the front engine mount is bent, which has the entire engine and trans pushed back to the point that the one pulley is rubbing the fire wall so I didn't let it run long. Really I think if you had a hood, core support and radiator and a way to yank the center of the beam back out youd be on teh way to getting it back on the road. The doors open and close 100%, I was floored that it fired right up so the fuel injection and ignition and exhaust are still 100%.
He is going to let me know about buying it, if not Ive got a few others that want it! Its definitely fixable if someone had the time and parts. Id keep it if I didn't have another project and find a rusty low mile convertible or other and do a full 16v turbo swap!
