Well, to be technical about it, you don't want to mix different spring rates front to rear. So, don't buy a spring for the rear ( or front ) that isn't the same diameter wire, # coils, and height from what you have.
The reason for the difference between the 20mm and the 40mm is the SPG ( AERO ) is already 20 mm lower than stock, so with the Skandix you have an additional 20 mm lower. So, you are going the wrong direction if you have wheel / tire rub.
Swedish Auto Specialties has a spacer that will bump up the rear .5 inches or if you put one on top and one on the bottom, an inch total lift.
Your 1991 rear springs have taken a set and they have shrunk in height.
I build an adjustable spring height setup, but the problem is the spring rate is 650 pounds, and the stock is 390. So, you can't just put them in the rear.
