Reassembled AC, stray wire not connected to anything

I finally replaced the top hose unit on my AC system (Thanks Roger D. It was not hard :) and it is now working after charging up with Enviro-safe...sorry to rub it in East Coasters, but it's nearly AC time in these parts! Getting ready for road tripping in the beloved 'vert.
There was a set of wires wrapped in a black tube that was tied down on the aluminum pipe that runs from the evaporator to the condenser. One wire is yellow, and one brown. The yellow one is still connected to a red wire coming of a cylindrical part that is bolted to the frame just below and to the right of the passenger side headlight; the brown wire popped off from wherever it was connected while I was working. It is a round as opposed to spatula shaped connector head. I've looked around for a while, and for the life of me I can't find what it connects to.
I drove the car, and all systems seem to be working, but I don't like that loose end...anybody know where that brown wire needs to go?
