A few more easy parts to get Posted by Notnoel [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: Master List - Junkyard hopping - what should I pull?, CJ, Tue, 9 Jun 2015 21:56:20 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Take all of the relays (always great to have spare); their cost is likely to be less than any single relay you might have to buy in the future ($30-75. Some of these are getting more rare.
I'd also grab the alternator. I've been through a couple of these in 10 years of driving a Saab.
hoses to the oil cooler are also desirable, as these tend to weep as then get to 150K miles.
If there are any 900S cars on the lot, snag the 3.0 bar FPR. That'll assist you in tweaking your APC box or in later upgrades.
If the PVC hose is not cracked, you should snag that - it also is no longer available.
Its a PITA, but I'll second Rogr's advice to get the heater control valve. No longer available as an OEM part and the aftermarket units are crap.
