I have been a bit concerned about using a poly bushing under the compressive loading of the spring perch but, in the 4-1/2 years it's been on the car, it hasn't deformed any more than the original rubber bushing had.
It took about half an hour to drive out the old rubber bushing with a 1/2" carriage bolt/deep socket combo and about 2 minutes to put the new poly bushing in (including the time it took to catch the bushing that dropped out of my hand and made a run for it towards the far end of the car.)
It would've been a whole lot faster to remove the old bushing if I'd had a ratcheting combo wrench.
