Hello,
May have missed it in the other posts but I would clean the grounds on the head since the ecm grounds through them. Never hurts.
I would disconnect the plug on the Mass Air Flow Sensor and see how it runs that way.
Have you put a timing light on to make sure the timing has not gotten all messed up for some reason. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck, Bernie
