O2 Sensor - Hiccup

I have a 92 900s that isn't running as smoothly as it is designed to be. I noticed lately that when apply any amount of gas, the car seems to mis fire somewhat. It leads to a hiccup like effect on the engine. I put a sparkplug light in line and found that the number 3 or 2 sparkplug received poor spark and then no spark when it would hiccup.
Ok, it's a spark delivery problem. I checked the ignition amp, EZK brain, AIC, AMM, and even swapped out the coolant sensor on top of the manifold. I swapped the components with known working components from a sister car. Nothing was failing. It seemed to help, the car now only hiccups when I'm going 30 mph in 5th gear or driving in the lower RPM range.
I unplugged the O2 sensor and noticed the car doesn't run any better or worse. I attached a volt meter to the positive leg and found the voltage fairly steady. Between .6 to .9. This doesn't seem like it fluctuates very much. Is this not the case? I found the glow plug to have proper voltage as well. At this rate, this will be a different car by the time I swap out every component in aims to get this hiccup cured. What do you grease monkeys think?
P.S. I also did a headgasket job on this thing as well. I don't know if that could be a factor here. Perhaps something was knocked loose....
