Ok, this is a bit embarrassing, but I figure I'll ask the question, be embarrassed and be able to drive my 900 vs just being embarrassed!

Several months ago I started on the job to replace my dead starter on my '85 SPG. It was a bear and then life got in the way and I finally finished installing the new starter today. I went to attached the main (red) cable to the back of the starter and realized it looks like the black wire coming up from the firewall also goes on that same bolt. That must be correct, right?

The the main question has to do with the wire (with the plastic connector) that connects to the back of the starter (from the ignition I guess) and attaches to a stab on the back of the starter. So which one? I checked the back of my old starter and there are two stabs, but on the new one there are three.... Honestly one of the stabs looks like i has two blades that go to the same wire, I dunno why that would have two connection point like that. Both starters are Bosch and the new one mounted right up, so I'm pretty confident it's the right model for my car.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
