I don't know about retorquing the bolts since they are suppose to be one time use. I had a slight oil in the coolant and the heater valve gave up the ghost and I didn't realize that my car was running hot while traveling to New Orleans from Alabama since the gauge never indicated that it was running hot. I saw a few bubbles in the coolant prior to the trip and it turns out that I had the perfect storm. At Cylinder 1 my head gasket retired and I ended up replacing the head gasket and having my cylinder head resurfaced. I would suggest that you go to harbor freight since their tools are inexpensive and buy a compression tester and cylinder leak down tester and get peace of mine before you and your Saab are traveling on the tow truck.
