It would seem the DYI job is not too bad. The main challenge is running speaker wire from behind the radio to back under the back seat. You could connect the new wire to the speakers wires that run from the existing amp. Then of course it's connecting the new radio plug wires to the Saab wires that previously serviced the Clarion. If you still the factory manual set there is an audio manual that has the all the wire colors laid out. The C900 is old enough that the factory wiring doesn't match up to the current industry standard wire colors
