Looks interesting. Eeuroparts carries it for $63.99 and it's the only PCV hose they list for C900 turbo.
The Uro part for Saab 9000 is $52.49, so the price for the silicone hose is probably not out of line. (In fact eeuro lists a "Genuine Saab" pcv hose for the 9000 at a whopping $106.99, and it may well be the Uro part resold by Saab Parts.)
I'm wondering if the C900 hose can be adapted to 9000, maybe by extending if needed using some ordinary PCV hose. The critical thing would probably be if the metal tubing that goes inside is the same length on both vehicles. I'm doing some other work on my '97 and the Uro hose looks to be in pretty bad shape.
But how well would silicone hold up here? Don't know. I have found stuff like the following which is not very hopeful: http://www.instructables.com/id/Why-Silicone-Hoses-Cannot-Be-Used-for-Oil-and-Fuel/
