When oil drips here, it is often coming from the "front" main seal, which is behind the crank pulley. It's actually in the back, of course, but in the repair manuals it's called the "front" because the engine is in "backwards" compared to a rear wheel drive car.
It could also be coming from the oil pump o-ring. The pump housing is bolted to the timing cover and seals to the timing cover with an o-ring in a groove.
The best tutorial to fix this is at the link below. You should also probably renew the crank pulley and belts while you're in there, since you'll have everything off the car and those parts are cheaper than your time to do it over.
There are other places it could be coming from. Air moves all around under there, so the power steering is not out of the question. Rear transmission gasket could also be suspect. If it drips more while running, you can say with almost certainty it's the main seal or the o-ring, though.
If you do some work and still have leaks, don't beat yourself up. These cars are old. Even good ones leak. The engine-transmission gasket can seep, and that requires the engine out, so nobody is going to fix that unless it's really really bad!
