That sounds like bad relays or maybe the alarm system is screwed up. There are two relays, one in the main fuse box and one in the fuse box under the back seat that power nearly all the fuses. The one under the seat is especially suspect. They'll be identified as "ignition relay" or some such on the legend. See if they are corroded or loose. I'll have a look in my 1994 wiring book when I get a chance and provide more detail here.
