Greetings - a new member and a new owner of a 94 900 Comm Ed Cabrio.
The d/s seatbelt retractor is sluggish. The pre-tensioner aspect works if you jolt the belt suddenly; but it doesn't like to rewind. Tried cleaning the belt with no noticeable impact.
It appears that to get at the retractor mechanism I need to remove the d/s trim panel from the back seat area. It appears that to do this I need to remove the seat squab. It appears that to remove the squab I need to remove the seat back...
Does anyone know if that is the case or is there a simpler way to go about it? The retractor has a cover with two exposed screws, but when these screws are removed the cover is still very much stuck in place.
