I had a customer's car come in and they had had theirs rebuilt as well, I don't know who did the rebuild. Ended up they rebuilt it and installed it backwards. In other words I had to change the spark plugs around in order to get it to fire in the correct order. Basically it was 180° out. I don't quite remember but I think I had to change two of the spark plug wires and then that fixed it. Now I have to remember every time I work on that car that that distributor is 180° out. That may or may not be your issue I'm just guessing. I'm guessing if you have no spark then they have messed up something in the wiring inside. Or that hall effect sensor does not work at all.
