35 goes down into the transmission that one gets a sealant on it to make sure that it doesn't leak oil I would just tighten that one the same as all of the other transmission bolts. I don't know exactly what that number is I would guess between 20 and 30 just don't strip it out and the other bolt would be roughly the same as that. I know that's not numbers that you're looking for but I've never actually torqued the transmission bolts I've just made them nice and snug without going overboard. Hopefully that helps.
