I've had 8 Saabs -91-94 with that tank. Half of them leaked. They had a small crack on front top. My neighbor is an aircraft mechanic with California State Fire. He repairs fuel tanks with a 3M product. I used it on those tanks I repaired. Amazing stuff but not cheap. I got it from Aircraft Spruce & Specialty Co. Don't wait to repair it. I had one crack on a cross country trip. It went from no problem to dripping gas on th ground. I stopped to visit a Saab buddy in the midwest. He had a uncracked spare that we installed in his driveway. Made it to the east coast. That tank started leaking not long after and I had to repair that one.
