Hello,
If you google it you should find some testers that are around $100 or maybe $150. It has been awhile since the last time I bought one. Otherwise find your local shop that works on alot of old CIS and maybe the true mechanical fuel injection (Kugelfischer) maybe they will charge less than that to connect them up, just depends if they use it enough to leave it mounted to a bench or if they put it away and have to set it up. We keep ours on a bench but I am sure it still will cost half hour or hour depending how many injectors you bring. As a note when we order new ones we expect 25% to not work out of the box so we test them before installing them. If we only need one we always order 2 and send 1 back if we don't need it.
