IMO a good synthetic 10W30 will best suit your needs. While your leakage may be minor I suggest taking the time to identify the source(s) and addressing it. Regarding change interval, given your projected usage and the quality of modern synthetics, adherence to the original factory recommendation for your vehicle (7500 miles) should be adequate, although more frequent changes will do no harm, save perhaps to your expenses. Once a year should suffice.

I'll leave to you the decision of which brand of oil. There are several good choices available and you may already have your own preferences. In any case, nearly all are likely to exceed your modest requirements.
