While this is my first Saab (1987 900 convertable turbo purchased during a mid-life crises), it feel’s just so natural. After all, I am 50% Swedish. Since the first day I drove it, I have bonded with this car like no other. I love this Bulletin Board, the information has already helped me with my 5-speed, breaks, stereo and more.

Ever since the day my son informed me at 12:40pm that he had to be at his football game at 1:00pm, 20 min to do a 30 min trip, I knew that I had to push it to get him there for weigh in’s. We made it and the thrill of breaking, turning and accelerating, helped me understand thowes on the board who talk about getting the turbo into the RED. I want my turbo to enter the RED ZONE.

I’m not going to beet it at every light, I realize the limits of the 5-speed, but want it when I need it. What can I do to get it into the RED?
