That job is easy. Take out your seat, disconnect line to slave cylender. Crimp feeder line from brake master cylinder. Undo clutch pedal and unbolt master cylinder from car. Instalation is reverse of remval.
Bleeding is the tricky part.
If you don't have a pressure tool, you can use a bicycle tube and some hose clamps. Cut the tube near the valve stem, and superglue it shut. Now cut it on the other side of the valve stem about six inchs away.
Take cap off resiviour and hose clamp open end of tube to resiviour. Pump it up with the bleeder on the slave cylinder open and keep an eye on fluid level. Repeat until the pedel feels good. Email me if you get confused by my poor spelling or grammer.
BTW, sometimes you can get away by useing a rebuild kit on your clutch master cylinder. I usually try that first since a rebuild kit is 1/10 the cost of a new master cylinder, and the job is pretty easy.
