Yea, nice huh.........
When I put the high beams on, my turn signal light 'area' illuminates.
The flex board that supplies all the goodies back there sucks. Both the
pads/contact areas for my dash lights were gone. I had to solder/hard wire
the dash lights to my fan light.
Bottom line. I think your flex circuit board is getting old. The next time I get REALLY bored I will take the dash out to inspect this 'feature'.
I had it half out (didn't take the steering wheel out) when I was doing the dash lights.
