195-60 tires will be a big improvement in grip, and stay at stock dia. Anything wider will waste hp, be bigger than proper for rim width, and be less handy in those torrential downpoors that happen there.
SAS springs are a good choice, should lower about 1-1.2 inch, 20-25% stiffer I think. Easier on speed bumps, road gutters, etc, vs the lower Intrax. May want the rear rubber spacer, for a little 'rake', and even ride if car is packed with people, ballot boxes, etc.
Likely oem boge/sachs shocks, usually get stiff in rapid compression by now (ie harsh). Based on others that were happy with 'usual' Boge replacements on very stiff SPG's, they would be a good choice. $41 at sobstory.com
Opinions vary on most other shock options, but most are happy with Boge's. I am.
