I hate to start this, But......... undercoating is a complete waste of money. In my opinion, it does more harm than good. As a guy who restores old cars and follows said community. The best defense is PAINT. Keep the under side clean and painted. The factory did a good job, maintain it. The aftermarket undercoatings, in my opinion, just trap moisture. Sure it will save the metal from rocks, etc, in the wheel well. But again, keep the paint coating up. Sure the factory coats certain areas with a flexiable goo, but then they paint it. Paint is good, and moisture has no chance to get under it. IF you must put something under the car OTHER than paint, then I think there is a product that is oil & wax based. Easy to remove and protects again moisture. It comes in a rattle can and is not cheap, reapply annually DYI. Tar=bad.
My opinion and mine only, so you can't have it!
