Can anyone name this sound (coming from rear tire)?

It sounds like the brake caliper is sticking. When pulling off, I often
hear a grunting sound but stops after 5-10 mph. The brakes look fine and
discs too. No abnormal wear any place around. I think it happens more
when the car is leaning to that side. It's driving me crazy..... What else
could be turning when the wheel turns? I had it put up on the rack but
and it doesn't do it. At least spinning the wheel by hand. Anything I
should look into? Thanks for any help.
I'm thinking of putting some lowering springs on, so maybe I find it then..... strannnngggggg....
