try the testing continuity between sensor(located top drivers side in radiator) and fan wires...also check fan relay...then check fan's themselves by jumping the wires to battery...also saab wiring harness usually shorts on passenger side near radiator on lower cross member..just follow the fan wires down into the loom...if you have more questions just email me...i am a saab tech.
