If you would opt for new ones than you could have more problems.
Saab have updated there headbolts (to bad they didn't update the bolts in their head) and they don't look like the old ones anymore.
Anyway, the new bolts are made of a lesser quality steel and therefore it's a news bullentin out that you have to use a lower torque when tightening the new style bolt.
Old torque spec is 60Nm, 80Nm and then 90 degrees.
New bolt torque spec is 40Nm, 60Nm and 90 degrees
As a funny coincidence, the new style bolt was installed in 97 engines and up and a lot of people on the NG900 board and 9-3 board complains about leaking headgaskets.
