the same problem before. One independent tightened the bolts but the problem returned after a few thousand miles as it did for you. I tried to tighten them myself but I only have a short handle socket wrench and that didn't have enough leverage on the bolt to make it real tight and the problem would return every few hundred miles.
I had another independent looked at it and the problem went away after he tightened the bolts all around. He may have replaced some worn bolts as well.
The bolts may seem tight but they need to be torqued to the proper value.
Also check the lower control arm bushings, given the vintage of your car, they may be worn and just have enough give to loosen the nearby subframe bolts periodically.
BTW, I also has a '95 9K Aero.
