Have had my 94Aero for just over a year now and have this need to rave about this car periodically. I don't like to brag so when the subject of autos comes up in daily life I don't go on and on about my fabulous car. My family is getting tired of my constant praise for the engineers at Saab.
I am a very busy man, like many no doubt with family and career. Many days the 9000 is the only pleasure I experience. I was once enamored with the torque of a muscle car but its unrefined nature was too tedious for daily life. The Saab really is the ultimate "stealth fighter". Quiet, stable, roomy, nice brakes, good seats, and what a rush when the turbo kicks in. I never liked 4cylinder cars before the Aero. Now I have economy and power! How do they do it? Does not matter, I would probably not understand the techno-talk, but I sure appreciate the results.
A good friend has a new Honda Accord V6. Very nice quiet car but I have no interest or attraction. I respect Honda and never hesitate to recommend one, but not in my garage.
This forum has been a terrific resource for me as I have undertaken several procedures and had many questions. Thanks for the help and for providing me with a place to tell my story.
I feel better for now.
