where the leak is. It could just be the T check valve that is leaking. This is a common enough problem. If it is the check valve, you can change the valve from the bottom without taking the wheel well cover off. If it is the reservoir, then taking the wheel well cover off is probably the best way to replace the reservoir.
If you decide just to check, then just go underneath the car and remove a couple of the bottom panels off and you should be able to see the bottom of the reservoir and a couple of the check valves next to the washer pump. Space is tight but you can change the valve from the bottom. At least you should be able to determine where the leak is.
