Ah yes, the front headrests. I had to ask the board when needed to take mine off.
Pull the headrest all the way up. Kneel on the seat bottom and push the leather down hard on the top of the seat in front of the slide. This should reveal a Torx screw about T-25 or T-20 in size. Remove the screw and pull up on the head rest. Carefully examine the spring so that you get it back in correctly. When you are done, put the headrest back in and insert the screw. Expect a struggle.
