Exhaust and K&N-filter (open air) or K&N drop-in with modified airbox, are good places to start in the quest for power in a 9000.
In terms of exhaust you need a good 3" from turbo and back. Cat back exhausts do not provide additional power. At least highly insignificant.
But a Trionic engine cannot and should not be upgraded with RRFPR's or spark/ignition upgrades. First of all the Trionic unit will get very confused as the fuel maps are made assuming a linear FPR, so a RRFPR will just screw things up. Second, Trionic cars have an integrated Direct Ignition cartridge. So there are no spark plug wires and stuff to upgrade.
Apart from exhaust and intake, a good modified ECU is the way to go.
Many people like Abbott, but that's just a sign that they do not know HOW lousy Abbott softwares are. Go for one of the well-reputed Swedish tuners instead (MapTun, Speedparts, SQR for instance).
Good luck!
