Sounds like (no pun intended) the exhaust may have shifted ever-so-little when you took that off ramp (since that's what you said triggered the noise initially). Check to be sure that all the exhaust components are lined up on their hangers where they should be and that there's no rubbing anywhere in the system.

PS: I'll be replacing my exhaust very soon too - cat-back for sure, and possibly the header/flex pipe if it can't be welded. Where did you source the parts?
