It is definately a TCS problem. As ACP stated it could be the safety valves, throttle body or computer. I had to have the valves and throttle body replaced, which solved the problem. The total bill was $1,400. It was originally $2,500 but I raised hell with the dealer who cut down. You can buy a used throttle body from Goldwing (goldwingsaab.com)for about $750. The dealer wanted $1,500 but agreed to $700 for a new one.
You will need to have the codes checked to see what the problem is. The TCS on this model was very poorly designed.
Good luck
