Put liquid wrench on the turbocharger studs and the catalytic converter studs the day before and again before you start. Remove the O2 sensor with a 22mm open end wrench (7/8 inch is close if you don't have a 22 mm) while the header is still mounted.. With a 3/8 inch drive 13 mm socket, a universal joint, and a 6 inch extention you can reach the turbocharger studs with a ratchet from the fender side of the water pump. Unbolt the expansion tank and swing it out of the way to give yourself room.
On the other end of the header, expect the catalytic converter studs to be rusted solid. After you have snapped them off trying to get the nuts off, buy a new catalytic converter from Jim at Sobstory. The studs are welded on to the converter flange, and can't be pressed out. I wasted about 2 hours underneath the car trying to drill out the studs on a converter that was covered with rust, before I thew in the towel. I spent another $100 for a converter and was much happier.
When you are putting the O2 sensor back in, put some copper or aluminum antiseize on the treads. Twist the O2 sensor counter clockwise (if looking from the back) about 10 turns so that the wire won't be twisted when you are done.
Good luck!
