I've never seen a spray can that did a good job. It's not just matching the color, but it's also a texture thing. Another problem you'll have is that any touch up paint you get is the color as new - nobody sells touch up paint to match 14 year old oxidized and weathered paint.
Just my opinion, but if you're going to use a spray can, you can never get a good match, period. Others may differ. Given that, as long as it's the same color, live with it.
When I want to match paint, I buy the touch up paint sticks, mix it up with some lacquer thinner, and apply it with a air brush. Yes, I'm lucky enough to have an airbrush, so that helps. It only works well for relatively small areas - maybe five or six inches on a side, tops. Anything bigger than that, go to a professional. Despite what the paint can says, you can't get decent results with a can. Otherwise, professionals wouldn't invest in $75K spray booths.
Good luck!
