16V engines is a lot less sensitive to oil filler cap>>

removal compared to the 8V engines or even the older B engines.
Have you taken a needle nose plier and gone over all the different vacuumhoses at intake manifold, pinching them one by one or two by two and listening for the hissing noise to disappear.
