Cooling Fan troubleshooting

I noticed that both of the cooling fans on my 87 9000 Turbo were not coming on at all. I know one only comes on when it gets really hot, but both were not coming on. I know about the thermo switch, but I do not know which pins to jump on the relays. There are three relays, the Cooling fan (I assume for the main fan), AC Cooling fan( I assume the intercooler or the one on the passenger side in between the grille and the radiator), and the cooling fan timer. I have a multimeter and metered across the main fan when the engine was still very warm and there is no voltage registering, which leads me so suspect the relays or the switch it self. If some one can tell me which pins to jump on any of the relays I would appreciate it. I don't want to cause damage by jumping the wrong pins. Thanks.
