I have had the same problem with my 9000 (1990) model i got recently, no fuel getting through, I have changed the relays, the cost as they are special bosch ones with an inline relay inside them, try to find a specialised auto supply place not a dealership, over twice the price there. The relays are inside the glove compartment, well behind it actually, remove the glove compartment by undoing the screws along the top and bottom of the glove box (4 top and 2 lower). Then unscrew the two screws holding the fuse area to the body work, lower it and the relays are situated behind their. The glove compartment roof has a diagram on it telling you which relay is which, just pull out the old one and insert the new one. Thats it. BUT beware mine still hase a judder and stops due to lack of fuel, I believe either the fuel filter or pump is playing up.
