OK, Here is what I learned so far. I called the shop that put in my trans and he was very sorry for all the problems after the job was done and said he would take care of them, but he was going on vacation and he would not be back for a week. I had no problem with waiting. But because I am who I am, I slid under the car and started to look around I fixed the broken bracket( engine to cat) I made a center hang for exhaust(took off the clothes hanger wire). found that the rod from turbo to the wastgate was off, so I reattached that( Power is back!!) The two Items that are still here are the oil leak , which I belive is a bad rear seal between the trans and the engine and the brake problem. They put in a new bering on the drivers side (outer bering) and maybe I need to look there
