The pump outside the black bucket is only a feed pump, and have no pressure to speak of, it's only purpose is to fill up the bucket so that the main pump can take it from there and pressurize it.
It's no o-ring where it goes into bucket.
The main pump keeps the pressure at what type of FPR you have, 2.5 Bar, 2.8 Bar or 3.0 Bar.
The main pump is easily capable of 10-12 Bar if you close off return line after FPR.
Do you have a fluctuating pressure when hot? or do you see it at the O2 sensor that it is running lean?
