Most of the experience on the board seems to be with the HD version, which are apparently pretty stiff. There was someone in the UK that had the HD's on his Aero and removed them. He replaced them with Koni adjustable shocks. Other people, especially the lowered spring set, love them for their handling, but don't say much about the ride.
So, I can't offer much advice on the Touring Class shocks. When I checked Shox.com, they didn't mention Touring Class, only the HD version.
I can advise you to get new mounting bolts and nuts for the bottoms of the rear shocks before you start. In all likelihood, you will have to destroy the bolt to get the old shock off. The struts in the front are no problem beyond the hassle of using the spring compressors. (Using those things always terrifies me.) Good luck.
