If it's all the time, including deceleration, look to a wheel/tire/hub issue. Could be an out of round tire, or one tire with a pressure significantly different from all the others. Also it could be an imperceptibly bent wheel, or maybe just a wheel/tire combination that isn't balanced properly, maybe the weight fell off.
I have suspected that a worn wheel bearing could cause vibration, but that wasn't my experience. Another thing nobody thinks to check - tightness of all the axle nuts. While I can't say with certainty this would cause noticeably vibration, on my car it produced a noise almost identical to a bad bearing and under the same conditions.
Beyond all that, if you are sure it only happens while cruising or under load, it could be inner drivers starting to wear out. If this is the case, it should be worst accelerating up a steep hill.
