1995 Saab AERO
160K
just put in a clutch

OK this is a really complicated problem:

Hopped in my car after work few days ago car started fine, the first 1/3 of the gas pedal felt great, pressed it down a little more 2/3 it felt harder to press, got on the highway the boost was not holding, I can peak and go but then it will die off and the turbo will not be active. this happened for a few days and slowly got worse I was having a hard time cruising because the car had no pick up< if I slammed on it 18 PSI no problem then it would settle back to 2 or 3 PSI, Last night I hopped in the car and the pedal was 100% perfect, I got on the highway and the thing fell apart I hit the gas and nothing I was rolling down the highway @ 70 idling, if i put the pedal to the floor i could get a slight sloppy idol but nothing more than that. pulled over shut the car off called a flat bed, 10 min later started the thing up and the pedal was good enough to drive home. so with all that weird happenings does anyone have any suggestions?

Just went to for a ride. The car is a little more drivable but my Max boost is 10 PI and at idol it is still at -20 PSI, It seems that all the problems keep changing as I turn the car off, <From not running at all, to being drivable, then to low performance.> I was pulling the throttle cable at the throttle body nothing at all no gas but if I sit in the car and hit the gas the thing is better I can drive it, I can hear something under the hood when pressing the gas the sound is like that of the buzzing of electricity sounds like it is coming from the throttle body. I'm stumped.
