Different BPC valves ???

As I'm quite late concerning the initial thread about this subject......
AFAIK the BPC valve is not a Bosch item but a Borg Warner Automotive and quite impossible to find if not at Saab. The Saab # for the valve has always been the same since the beginning of TRIONIC, so you can only order one type. Until today, I tried 5 different valves on my AERO w/o major differences except perhaps for the range of my fluctuations. The hole in the upper (brass) inlet where the compressor is connected has always had the same diameter for all these valves (types were XK, KK, YC... I can't remember the other ones). As for the return pipe (R) on the valve I did notice differences in diameter, the earlier valves having a narrower hole. I just opened up the hole of a KK valve up to the diameter of my latest YC valve I bought new 4 months ago : no change !!!
So I'm still searching (BTW, I'm just wondering how long my hood will make it, I think it hasn't been designed to be opened and closed so many times a day, just to change and swap and look and ......)
