Time for a new head gasket, anything else?

Howdy,
I've got a '92 9000 5 door 2.3L turbo, still running great with over 200k miles. But... I'm blowing white smoke in my exhaust, and the coolant level is dropping. So I'm guessing it's time for a new head gasket. I know the gasket was replaced once before I bought the car (over 75k miles ago). I had the water pump replaced not too long ago, maybe 30k miles ago.
I'm not working right now, and I'm fairly mechanical, so I think I'll tackle the job myself. I've read over the old posts on here about it, but I'd sure I'm not missing anything. I'm guessing I should at least get the following parts:
head gasket
new head bolts
valve cover gasket
valve stem seals
E16 socket (where do I get these, anyone in the SF bayarea have one to loan?)
And maybe these:
timing chain
timing chain guide rails
timing chain tensioner
Am I missing anything. And do I need the valve cover gasket and new head bolts?
I just had the crank position sensor replaced, along with some of the other common stuff, such as oil pump seals, serpintine belt, belt tensioner and idler. I also have the Haynes manual. So I don't need to worry about those things.
Thanks, Bradley
